This phone entitles us to an experience where we can feel the beauty and power in Android devices for quite some time. This is no doubt Sony's best creation yet when it comes to mobile phones. It might not come with Android 4.2 by the time it is released but most customers will not see that as a hindrance in buying one of the best Android phones out there.

By just hearing the name XPERIA, we talk about Sony mobile devices which are quite popular for their beautiful design and powerful performance. However, there can be sometime that Sony's phones are just beautiful but does not deliver enough power for demanding Android phone users. How did Sony answer to these demands? Simple, Sony Xperia Z. Sony Xperia Z is Sony's first Quad Core Android phone. For the specifications, this phone has what a smartphone enthusiasts ever dreamed of! This phone contains a 1.5GHz Quadcore processor, 2GB of ram for memory capacity, a 13 Megapixel camera equipped with the latest Sony Exmor RS sensor, 4G LTE connections and 16GB of internal storage which also contains a micro SD card slot for upgrades in the storage department. Sony Xperia Z also combines powerful specs with high quality durable materials in its design thus making the phone waterproof up to 1 meter for 30 minutes time, and its also contains a scratch proof display glass and a dustproof case.
How beautiful and powerful is it compared to other Quad Core devices?
I can say that this phone can perform better than most Quad Core phones out there today. I Running Android Jelly bean of course gives a headstart for Sony Xperia Z compared to other quad core devices running at Android Ice Cream Sandwich at the time of their release. The 5" Full HD reality display of the Xperia Z simply outclasses other Quad core phones which are only at 720p.
Screen Display and Design
This is one beautiful phone alright. In my opinion, its the best phone I've seen that combines beauty and power. The display certainly is the sharpest display ever made in a smartphone. 441ppi Full 1080p HD reality display. How good is that!? The curvy edges of previous Sony smartphones such as the Xperia Arc S and the Xperia ARC are long gone for Xperia Z. Instead, straight edges are replaced. This phone is made out of glass materials front and back like the IPhone 4s, which make its appearance glossy and prone to fingerprints. However, I doubt a nuisance for smart phone lovers since glass materials are cream of the crop. Compared to the plastic materials that compose the Galaxy S3, this thing is like a sports car and the S3 is like a typical normal family Sedan. This phone is just 7.9mm thick, its not the slimmest phone out there but for its powerful hardware, its thickness is definitely on a world of its own. Coming in at weight 146g, its also light and its portability is simply classy. That sums it up that this phone is without a doubt one handsome and sexy beast! The Use of NFC to connect with other Sony devices
Sony has made a phone possible to connect with other Sony electronic devices and machines with just a simple touch. By touching the Xperia Z phone to a Sony Bravia TV, you can view photos, play videos and play music. Amazing! isnt it?? Sony is no stranger in making outstanding cameras and video cameras. Same goes for the camera of their smartphones. Xperia Z contains a 13 megapixel camera which boosts the mobile imaging world to a whole new level. Battery
Its understandable that modern phones today lack in the battery life department since the phones today use powerful processors, High definition bright displays with several applications and games that will drain your battery rapidly. Sony Xperia Z is not an exception for its powerful processor and Full HD display. However, Sony created a technology called stamina mode which puts battery draining settings off in order to save your battery for best performance when you need it the most.
Conclusion
This phone is certainly Sony's answer to all the critics behind Sony's capabilities in making smartphones. Sony declared war against mobile phone company behemoths such as Samsung and Apple by making their first Quad Core smart phone which is more impressive in terms of specs and design than most of the quad core phones available today. Sony released this phone in preperations for an early war for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4 which indeed that this phone will perform if not good but great against it.
